Board of Directors

Members of ADAND are represented by a Board of Directors consisting of dealer principals from across the state of North Dakota.  Throughout the years, the ADAND Board of Directors have worked hard to create and maintain the foundation which the Association was built upon and thrives today. They accomplish this by investing their time and much effort in the following areas:

• Determine policies of the Association
• Review association and staff activities
• Review and approve financials on a regular basis
• Set annual goals and objectives for the organization
• Develop and maintain relationships with members
• Provide feedback regarding industry issues
• Monitor all Association subsidiaries
• Provide input on long-range planning
